I don't like the look of the bloated cooked sultanas at all .. but it does basically look very, very good indeed! My Mum used to cook two different sorts of bread pudding, one ended up like a moist cake and was eaten cold. The other more like yours. However, I've never tasted either, because I'm allergic to eggs! I’ve always eyed bread pudding with mixed feelings.
